Recovery mode can help if your phone get stucking or cannot boot up.
We don't suggest to use recovery mode to a working phone for any upgrading/downgrading purpose.

This fold contains bin/rfs file for recovery, as for .rom file, it's just a firmware which you can download from support.yealink.com.
Please get firmware manually from there and follow the instructions to make recovery.
